The 2018 Pofadder from visionary winemaker, Eben Sadie, is 100% Cinsault from 50+ year old vines in Kasteelberg, Swartland. It is unbelievably elegant in style with Pinot Noir-esque delicacy to the bouquet and lacy, filigree tannins. It opens with wild strawberry and floral notes on the nose, following on to a fresh, crunchy palate laden with bright berry fruit.
