Guy Méa is a grower-producer located in the heart of the Montagne de Reims in Louvois, crafting wines that reflect their terroir rather than a generic Champagne house style. The estate focuses on small-parcel, hands-on viticulture, working with Premier Cru fruit that brings solid structure and expressive fruit to the finished wines. Their approach favours careful cellar work and minimal intervention, aiming for clarity, balance and freshness.
The wine is a blend of 90% Pinot Noir and 10% Chardonnay. On the nose, expect crisp apple, pear and citrus, followed by brioche, toasted almond and a hint of chalky minerality. The palate is lively and well-structured, with fine bubbles carrying bright orchard fruit and subtle pastry richness. Fresh acidity keeps it focused, leading to a clean, dry finish with real finesse. Elegant, approachable and very easy to enjoy—whether as an aperitif or at the table.
