Rosacker is among the most celebrated of Alsace's Grands Crus vineyards. The nose is very aromatic with ripe lemon, honey with some tropical notes. The palate is rich, textured and perfectly balanced with apricots, honey and warm spice. Very long and perfumed on the finish with a lot of concentration and layers throughout. Lots of ageing potential.
