Marlene and Nicholas Chevalier have 17 hectares of vines in Crozes -Hermitage producing delightful cuvees of red and white wines.
Their sparkling red though is a one-off release of a zero-dosage, bottle-fermented Syrah. It’s aromatic and fruity with a delightful dark cherry hue. Would be great as an unusual aperitif or with chocolate or fruit desserts.
