Wayfarer was designed around 30 one acre blocks each one for a specific individual clone. All the grapes are handpicked as whole bunches before sunrise and taken to the winery. Vinification is done with a velvet touch so gentle pressing, carefully racking and natural yeasts.
The Esatate Pinot Noir is made from the free-run wine and aged in 58% new French oak.
