An homage to traditional methods, this cuvée embodies the pinnacle of the House's craftsmanship: a blend of 50% Pinot Noir and 50% Chardonnay, meticulously aged and vinified in 205-liter Champagne barrels sourced from the forests of Champagne, followed by a six-year maturation in the cellars.

Opulent and redolent with notes of almond and nougat, the Cuvée à l'Ancienne introduces a subtle minty nuance at the outset. Robust and full-bodied, it unfolds on the palate with flavors of candy, dried fruit, and beeswax, culminating in an explosive finish that gradually unfolds for almost a minute.

As the ultimate tribute, the Cuvée à l'Ancienne use a technique predating the muselet (1850): the corking and stapling process in the cellar. A real ritual before accessing the precious beverage is to be experienced by delicately detaching the hemp string using authentic little scissors...

Limited to 1,000 bottles, this cuvée is crafted without filtration, utilizing natural refrigeration and undergoing malolactic fermentation.
