This 2020 Klein Constantia Estate Red has a deep ruby red hue that catches the eye. Its lively aroma is filled with hints of strawberries, raspberries, and red peppercorns, with a subtle touch of oak spice for added complexity. On the full-bodied palate, dense and firm tannins are met with a bold mid palate, accompanied by a refined backbone of red fruit flavors.
Each parcel is meticulously inspected and divided into smaller portions to ensure optimal ripeness at harvest. The grapes then undergo rigorous bunch and berry sorting to select only the healthiest berries.
