2021 Kumeu River Hunting Hill Chardonnay

Not much more can be said about Kumeu River! Arguably the best producer of Chardonnay in New Zealand but some journalists would suggest that they could be the best Chardonnay producer in the world. All we know they do make some of the very best and they have a great ability to age.... 10 years easily.

Hunting Hill was first planted in 1982 and became a significant part of the original Kumeu River Chardonnay blend. It was replanted in 2000 and is now even better giving beautifully ripe fruit with a distinctive, mealy minerality.
