2022 Domaine de la Madone Fleurie Vieille Vignes Beaujolais

High on the sandy soils above the sleepy village of Fleurie sits the Chapel of La Madone, surrounded by the vines that go into making this elegant and pure Beaujolais of the very highest quality.   Winemaker Arnaud Després has selected grapes from their oldest vines (between 70 to 100 years old)  to produce this wine. The resulting wine is very elegant and with concentrated pure fruit flavours. 

Would go well with creamy chicken dishes or roast lamb.
