2022 Éric Forest Pouilly Fuisse Haut de la Roche

Eric is passionate about his wines, the region and life. We first met him 15 years ago and were impressed by his passion and drive. His Pouilly Fuissé “La Roche” is from from a magnificent parcel of south-east facing vines on hard, compacted  limestone and at 401m miss by a mere 1m being designated a premier cru! According to Eric, they are the most expressive grapes he grows in Vergisson and have saline minerality and lemony tones that develop further with age.
