2024 Sanvigilio Pinot Grigio Rosato, Provincia di Pavia IGT

Cavit is a leading co-operative based in the mountainous Trentino region of northeast Italy. The grapes for this wine come from hillside vineyards in Oltrepò Pavese, Pavia, at 200–400 metres above sea level. It’s a fresh, easy-drinking style with bright strawberry aromas, crisp red berry flavours, and subtle hints of raspberry and redcurrant. A touch of creaminess adds texture, balanced by a refreshing acidity on the finish.

Perfect with: serve well chilled as an aperitif, or alongside salads, cold meats like salami or smoked chicken, and light seafood dishes.
