The fruit comes from carefully tended bush vines across Stellenbosch, Paarl and Swartland. Each vineyard parcel was harvested separately and given extended skin contact—12 to 16 hours—before fermentation at cool temperatures with selected yeasts. The result spent two months on its lees, building complexity and balance before the final blend was assembled. A wine that shows real craft and restraint.
