Roger Sabon Le Sabounet NV

The vineyards are situated in prime Châteauneuf locations—Les Cabrières, La Crau, Courthézon, and Nalys—each featuring characteristic “galets roulés” stones. The vines are at least 50 years old, predominantly Grenache, Syrah, Cinsault, and Mourvèdre. This wine displays a rich purplish hue, with complex aromas of forest floor, toasted elements, and ripe berries. On the palate, it is balanced and refined, revealing notes of liquorice alongside vibrant fruit flavors.
