This 22yr old Chateauneuf-du-Pape is made with Grenache, and only the free run juice is used. The wine is aged in concrete tanks for between 14 - 16 months. which gives a powerful explosion of ripe black fruit intermingling with sweet spices and herbs. An ample palate with a smooth dense texture and warm tannins.
