2009 Quinta de la Rosa Vintage Port

This is a terrific value vintage Port which is drinking superbly. It has a dark and deep colour, bags of concentration and complexity, full of fruit with aromas of blackberry and spice. 

2009 was a very dry year and the grapes were fully ripe a little earlier than normal. This dry weather resulted in very concentrated grapes to make a very special vintage. They only selected 25 barrels to be aged as vintage Port.
