Produced by Château Duhart-Milon in the appellation of Pauillac, the 2010 vintage is a Fourth Growth (Quatrième Cru Classé) from the historic 1855 Bordeaux Classification. The estate is part of the Domaines Barons de Rothschild (Lafite) portfolio and is located adjacent to the vineyards of Château Lafite Rothschild. The wine is typically a Cabernet Sauvignon–dominant blend supported by Merlot, sourced from gravelly soils over limestone that favour structure, concentration and ageing potential.

The 2010 vintage in Pauillac is widely regarded as one of the great modern Bordeaux vintages, defined by excellent ripeness balanced by high natural acidity and firm tannin structure.

Tasting note:
The wine shows a deep garnet core with minimal bricking, reflecting its concentration and longevity. Aromatically it opens with blackcurrant, cassis and dark plum, layered with cedar, graphite and cigar box, alongside subtle notes of tobacco leaf, cocoa and pencil shavings typical of Cabernet Sauvignon from Pauillac.

On the palate it is full-bodied and structured, with fine but firm tannins and vibrant acidity supporting flavours of blackcurrant, blackberry and dark cherry. A core of mineral graphite and savoury spice runs through the mid-palate, adding depth and precision. The finish is long and persistent, combining ripe fruit, cedar and earthy complexity.
