2010 Hermitage Grande Champagne Cognac

These are stunning Cognacs, think of them like the Single Malts of the Cognac world. This is very fine and elegant with aromas of butterscotch, lychee and toffee helping to define the natural richness of this carefully balanced cognac.  The butterscotch is also present on the palate with sweet spices, mocha and toffee which fade to hints of apricot and mandarin on the finish.
