The whisky shows a bright golden hue, with a clean and expressive nose of green apple, pear and citrus, layered with vanilla, honey and subtle floral notes. On the palate it is medium-bodied and precise, with flavours of orchard fruit, lemon zest and malt sweetness, supported by gentle spice and a light creamy texture from cask influence. The profile remains fresh and lifted, characteristic of Mannochmore’s elegant spirit style. The finish is clean, lingering and slightly warming, with notes of citrus, vanilla and soft oak spice.
