The grapes for this wine come from 3 single organic vineyards. These include "Les Bessards", a granitic soil that makes up the foundation of a great Hermitage, "Le Méal" with its old alluvial terraces and lots of gravel and shingles, and "Les Greffieux" with its silty soil and shingles.
The wine is aged for approximately 12 months, with 85% in concrete tanks to preserve the fruit's freshness and minerality, while the remaining 15% is aged in barrels for consistency, power, and aromatic complexity. 100% Syrah.
