Chante-Alouette is a beautiful example of a Hermitage wine and this one has got a bit of bottle age! Expect some more developed aromas and flavours. It has complex aromas of ripe quince, walnut, honey, ginger and acacia. The palate is pronounced with great balance and structure, a long finish with notes of almond.
