Tokaj Classic Winery is an outstanding, multi-award winning producer of traditionally-styled Tokaj. It is owned by cellist Andras Bruhacs and two German fellow classical musicians. The vines average age is around 30 years old, producing extremely low yields. A stunner of a wine showing toasted beeswax aromas and a palate of orange peel and marmalade with a citrus kick and amazing length in the mouth. Pair caramelised fruit dessert or chocolate based desserts. Alternately it is a great match for blue cheese and Pâté.
