2015 Clos la Gaffeliere, Grand Cru, Saint Emilion,

The second wine of Chateau Gaffeliere and made with the same care and attention as their first wine. It is usually a a blend  of Merlot ( up to 90%) and the rest of Cabernet Franc. Ageing is done in one and two years old barrels over a period of 12 months.

A beautiful soft texture with ripe red fruits, succulent plums and silky tannins with notes of liquorice and smoke on a fresh long finish.

Goes well with pork, lamb, beef or roast chicken.
