2017 Marqués de Riscal 150 Aniversario

Marqués de Riscal 150th Anniversary Gran Reserva is a wine that is produced only in excellent vintages, born to commemorate the 150th anniversary of the winery, as well as the history and winemaking traditions of Rioja Alavesa.

To make it, grapes are harvested, mostly Tempranillo, from some of the oldest vineyards in the region, with a minimum age of 80 years. These are generally venerable vines with low productivity that produce some of the most concentrated and flavourful fruits of the vintage.

This wine contains modernity and tradition, offers complexity and freshness, power and flexibility, it is undoubtedly the true expression of Rioja Alavesa.
