2018 Akitu A1 Pinot Noir

Akitu's 12 hectare vineyard is entirely dedicated to Pinot Noir and produce only three wines - "A1", and "A2" and Pinot Noir Blanc

‘A1’, made with a majority of Abel clones, is aged in 25% new French oak, and results in an elegantly crafted wine. Spice wild herbs and plummy fruit emenate from the glass with precise fruit focus, brooding aromatics, velvety tannins balanced by lively acidity and a long refreshing finish.
