Champagne Guy de Forez is nestled in the charming village of Les Riceys, located in the southern tip of the Côte des Bar. The Wenner family cultivates eleven hectares of vineyards, with nearly 97% dedicated to Pinot Noir and smaller plots of Meunier and Chardonnay.
All the vines are conveniently close to the winery—a significant benefit during harvest. The gently rolling hills, composed of kimmeridgian clay and limestone, produce wines that blend power, elegance, and exceptional value. The domaine has also been a pioneer in sustainable viticulture, earning TERRA VITIS certification in 2012.
Millesime is made with Pinot Noir and is indicative of the impressive flavour of the local grapes. It offers fresh elegance, a refined structure, and a delightful finish.
