The Greystone vineyard, first founded in 2004, spans 33 hectares and is run organically. It earned Organic certification in 2014 and takes its name from the distinct limestone clay hills of Waipara Valley, North Canterbury. In order to create outstanding organic wines, the team is constantly exploring innovative methods to truly showcase the terroir, such as using vineyard fermentation to capture the wild yeasts and exposing the wine to the natural elements - the epitome of natural winemaking.
This Riesling just retains a little bit of sweetness which makes this a delicious and far too easy to drink style of Riesling!
