2018 Steenberg Catharina Red Blend

Steenberg's flagship red, Catharina is blended from only the best barrels from each vintage. A Bordeaux-style blend of Merlot,  Petit Verdot,  Malbec and Cabernet Sauvignon. Layers of concentrated red and black fruit show on both the nose and the palate. Dark fruit and spice, a lifting acidity lead to an encompassing tannic finish.

This is a wine that is perfect for pairing with most red meat or rich sauce dishes.
