This is now considered one of the very best wineries in the whole of Meursault. They were lucky enough to start buying vineyards back in the mid 17th century and now proudly own some of the very best sites in Meursault.
Perrières would be considered there best vineyard and is made from 40 year old vines next to Clos le Perrière. Meursault does not have any Grand Cru but if it did it would be Perrières. Either way this is clearly Grand Cru quality.
Technically they are organic but they are not going for certification.
