Stepping up the Château D'Esclans tree you get to Les Clans which is a masterclass of balance and poise! and clearly one of the worlds best Rosé!

The wine has intense aromas of dried strawberries and peaches with chalk and stone on the palate. Full bodied and powerful yet fruity and vivid. This is more like white Burgundy with a lovely creaminess and it oozes class and quality. It is made from a blend of Grenache Blanc, Vermentino Syrah and spends 10 months in French oak barrels.

Côtes de Provence Rosé food pairing - Think everything you would pair white Burgundy with, so scallops, fish, chicken but a personal favourite of ours is tuna tartare.
