2019 Pom 'n' Roll

This is the second wine of Chateau Gombaude Guillot; a  little gem of an estate set in the heart of the Pomerol plateau. It is a blend of Merlot, Cabernet Franc and Malbec. The wine is fermented in stainless and concrete tanks and the aged in a combination of Allier oak and amphora.

Pom n Roll is an elegant, fruit-driven red wine that delivers plenty of ripe berry flavour and smooth tannins. It's easy to enjoy, with a fresh and approachable feel, and doesn’t come with the hefty price tag of more famous Bordeaux wines. 

It pairs well with everything from grilled meats to earthy vegetable dishes.
