Jean-Michel Petit and his wife set up Domaine de la Renardiere in 1992. The 7.5 hectares domaine is within Arbois-Pupillin and has been farmed with organic and biodynamic principals since its inception. It gained organic status in 2012.
Their Trousseau is a fine example of a Juran red. Fruity with cranberries, strawberries and a whisker of leather this wine benefits from decanting and allowing to breathe for an hour or so.
