A wonderful blend of old vine grapes made in a very hands-off way. It's a blend of 85% red and 15% white grapes, foot troden in lagar, with a small proportion aged in old barrels. The resulting wine is fresh, full of delicious flavours light and easy going exactly as a Nat cool should be.
