Very pale, clear and delicate pink in colour. The nose is complex and delicate with a subtle combination of rose petals and pomegranate. Super light and fresh on the palate finishing with a pleasant touch of freshness with fruity aromas and pomegranate notes.
A blend of 50% Syrah and 50% Grenache. Picking is carried out early in the morning to take advantage of the cool temperatures and the juice is fermented at a low temperature to maximise the aromatic potential
