2020 Joseph Cattin Edelzwicker 'Cuvee Speciale'

Generations of the Cattin family have been working the estate since the middle of the 18th century. Today, the estate is run by Jacques senior and Jacques junior and at 50 hectares is one of the largest family-owned estates in Alsace

Their Edelzwicker or 'noble blend' wine is a blend of Pinot Blanc, Muscat, Riesling, Syyvaner and Gewurtztraminer. The grapes are fermented towards dryness and are fresh and fruity wines with developing  aromas of mango melon and grapefruit.
