A blend of Marsanne /Roussanne from south/south-east facing plots on the hillsides of the communes of Chavanay and Saint-Pierre-de-Boeuf (north of the St.Joseph appellation). Plots are vinified separately and spend 8 months in oak before blending and bottling.
On the nose there are aromas of ripe fleshy stone fruit, citrus and notes of honey. A rich yet elegant palate with a surprising tangy finish
