You don't tend to see too much white Givry but we thought this was a fantastic example and while the price of white Burgundy keeps going up (or indeed getting hold of any) we feel now is a good time to look at some of the lesser known producers.
So this spends about 10 months in oak of which 30% is new. Yields are pretty low.
The wine is fresh showing great minerality, some peach and lemon aromas.
