Made from Weißburgunder & Chardonnay (Pinot Blanc and Chardonnay) this is a cracking trocken. Grapes are planted on the steep slopes of the Höllenpfad on red sandstone. The vines are 35 years of age and the grapes are hand harvested. The wine shows a lovely ripeness of fruit and some concentration and a refreshing acidity.
