Guerrieri Rizzardi's vineyards in Bardolino offer a picturesque view of Lake Garda, while the winery itself is ingeniously constructed into the side of a hill in Campazzi, at the core of Bardolino Classico. The wine is crafted by blending 75% Corvina, 10% Merlot, 10% Ancellotta, and 5% Rondinella, sourced from the estate's finest vineyards. To maintain the essential freshness of the fruit, the juice is carefully transferred to the tanks using gravity, ensuring the success of Bardolino Classico wines.
Cuvee XV represents a special selection from their wine vats, aiming to create a Bardolino with distinctive character and intensity. Although it is not heavy, this wine possesses greater depth and concentration of fruit compared to the typical wines of the DOC. Its aromatic bouquet exudes a medley of berries, while the taste is approachable yet complex.
Best served slightly chilled. It pairs well with vegetable or white meat-based dishes and creamy cows milk cheese.
