Fromm Vineyard Semillon is very different from the lighter styles of Semillon from the Hunter Valley. Sourced from 100-year-old vines and aged in oak, it is a more textural and rounded style of wine.
On the nose, it is expressive, showing notes of citrus, tropical fruit and a hint of chamomile. The palate is textural and slightly waxy, with citrus and orchard fruit characters that balance richness with freshness. The finish is long and crisp, with a saline mineral edge.
