The Pavia estate is situated on 10 hectares of clay soil in the Asti region of Piemonte. The elevation ranges from 200 to 280 metres above sea level and the vineyard boasts vines aged between fifteen and fifty years old.
Grignolino d’Asti DOC is a light coloured red wine, featuring vibrant red fruit flavours and pleasant acidity. It is best enjoyed when served slightly chilled.
