The 2024 vintage emphasises freshness and definition, with fermentation carried out in French oak barrels (a proportion new), followed by lees ageing to build texture and complexity while maintaining varietal precision.

Tasting note:
The wine shows a pale gold colour with green reflections, opening with aromas of lemon, white peach and pear, layered with white flowers, almond and subtle oak spice. On the palate it is medium-bodied and well-balanced, with bright acidity supporting flavours of citrus, orchard fruit and a gentle creamy note from lees contact. A fine chalky mineral thread adds tension and structure, while oak remains integrated and supportive. The finish is clean, focused and persistent, with lingering citrus, nuttiness and mineral lift.
