Monteleone was only established in 2017 by young and keen husband and wife team Benedetto and Giulia Monteleone. But it is already making a name for its accomplished and elegant wines from its vineyards on the slopes of Mount Etna.
Their Etna Bianco comes from two different vineyards planted with Carricante grapes, one on the eastern side and one on the Northern slopes of the volcano. Aromas of wildflowers, citrus and fresh cut grass envelope your nose. Aromatic on the palate as well, accompanied by citrus and salty minerality. Elegant and clean with a lingering fresh finish.
