Selva Capuzza’s 2022 San Martino della Battaglia is a dry white wine with delicate aromas and a touch of tropical fruit. Made from organically grown grapes, it is carefully hand-picked and aged on fine lees for six months, resulting in an elegant mineral finish. This wine reflects the care and expertise of Luca Formentini, recognized as Green Winemaker of the Year 2021.
This is made from 100% Tuchì grapes, which is Friulano (also known as Tocai Friulano until 2008).
