2022 Vite Colte Gavi di Gavi Masseria dei Carmelitani

Vite Colte are a membership of growers, producers in Piemonte who have committed to a shared concept of quality and sustainability.

This wine is from a single vineyard planted with Cortese vines on the sloping hills of Gavi. Crisp and fresh it has expressive aromas of ripe pear & citrus fruit accompanied by floral notes. The wine is aged on its lees to give added texture and complexity. The palate is a fine balance of stone fruit, ripe orange and citrus notes, and has a long clean finish. 

The wine would pair well with white meat-based dishes, vegetable starters, soups, and with simple rice and pasta dishes.
