On the nose, the wine offers subtle notes of yellow fruit, complemented by delicate herbal and savoury nuances. The palate is mellow and a little savoury with a gentle buildup of flavours that lead to a balanced, food-friendly finish. These characteristics make it a versatile companion for dishes like roasted poultry or grilled fish.
