Château des Jacques, an esteemed Beaujolais estate, has been a proud part of the Louis Jadot family for over two decades. Cultivated just five minutes away from Château des Jacques in Mâcon, Saint Vérand, and Pouilly-Fuissé appellations, this chardonnay comes from a 10-hectare plot known as Clos de Loyse. After being pressed immediately after harvest, the wine is cold settled overnight in stainless steel vats before undergoing fermentation on lees.
