Made from 100% Chardonnay, this white Burgundy comes from old vines in Rully, in the Côte Chalonnaise, where clay-limestone soils bring both generous fruit and mineral freshness. The appellation is known for expressive, finely textured Chardonnay, balancing ripe orchard fruit with bright acidity and a distinctly chalky character.
Tasting note: Pale gold, with inviting aromas of lemon zest, green apple, ripe pear and white blossom, alongside toasted almond and a subtle buttery note. The palate is rounded and gently creamy, with fresh citrus, orchard fruit and a fine mineral backbone. Bright acidity keeps the wine focused, leading to a clean, elegant finish with lingering citrus and hazelnut.
A beautifully balanced white Burgundy, combining Chardonnay’s natural richness with the freshness and mineral precision of Rully.
