A collaborative venture between Iria Otero and local vignerons in Val do Salnés, this 'Sal' Albariño derives its name from ancient salt flats that preceded today's vineyards. The Atlantic's cool influence and coastal fog add a vibrant, electric acidity to the wine. Cultivated in complex soils of granite, weathered Xabre, alluvial deposits, gravel, and sand, the terroir expresses remarkable depth. This diverse pedology enhances Albariño's natural saline character and freshness. Vinification occurs in stainless steel, followed by brief fine lees contact to achieve structural harmony and balance.
