Organically grown on sandstone soils and made with minimal intervention, it combines generosity with impressive freshness and a subtle saline edge.
Fresh and expressive, with aromas of citrus, white flowers and ripe orchard fruit. The palate is textured yet lively, showing grapefruit, pear and yellow stone fruit alongside hints of almond and wet stone. Bright acidity and a gently salty, mineral finish keep everything crisp and refreshing.
