2024 Mas Mellet Rouge Chemin des Salines

A joyful, low-intervention red from Emilie and Brice Bolognini at Mas Mellet in Costières de Nîmes. A blend of Cinsault, Grenache and Syrah, it undergoes a short maceration and ageing in concrete to preserve purity, freshness and drinkability. 

Bright, juicy and effortlessly drinkable, with aromas of freshly picked red berries, pomegranate and a touch of white pepper. The palate is supple and refreshing, offering crunchy raspberry and cherry fruit, fine tannins and just enough structure to balance its vibrant character. The perfect red that can be served slightly chilled to enjoy its lively freshness and subtle savoury edge.
